Undressed Fresh Press
Spilt started in August 2017 as the juice bar inside the first Brome Modern Eatery in Dearborn. The idea was in the name: fresh pressed, nothing added, nothing dressed up.
It grew into its own bottled brand of organic cold-pressed juice, with blends like Fountain of Youth, Gold Rush, Scarlet Glow, Sunset Horizon and Simply Orange. Each label listed exactly what went into the bottle, down to the number of beets, carrots and tangerines.
Spilt closed in 2025.
