Maz Pizza opened in Dearborn in 2019 with one format: a 10-inch personal pizza on dough made in house, built fast enough for lunch and good enough to come back for.
The menu was short and specific. Maddy's Pie, Olive You, Forest Mushroom, Pepperoni Basil, the Lemon Slapper with house sujuk, and the Bumble BBQ with pulled chicken.
In 2024 Afor Concepts sold Maz Pizza to a group from the Chicago area.
