Brome Modern Eatery opened on Michigan Avenue in Dearborn in 2015 with a simple idea: a burger place that cooks like a real kitchen. Every protein is halal and third-party verified, the fries are cut in house, all twenty sauces and dressings are made from scratch, and the custard shakes are hand-spun.

The menu is built around a grass-fed 6 oz patty, smash-style burgers, hot honey crispy chicken and chef-built salads like the Kale Crunch and the Farmer's Market. Breakfast, smoothies, açaí bowls and coffee round out the day at participating locations.

Brome grew from one Dearborn dining room into five Metro Detroit restaurants: Dearborn West, Dearborn East (Brome Café), Westland, Novi and Sterling Heights, with Livonia and Plymouth next. It is the brand Afor Concepts manages and operates today, and where most of our team works.

Brome franchises are offered by Brome Franchising, Inc., starting with Michigan and the Midwest.
